Parthenogenesis
Parthenogenesis is type of asexual reproduction in which a female gamete or egg cell develops into an individual without fertilization. Animals including most kinds of wasps, bees, and ants that have no sex chromosomes reproduce by this process. Some reptiles and fish are also capable of reproducing in this manner.
As we see in the table near Queen bee is female and Drone is male.Queen bee doesn't need to reproduce by fertilization it can do parthenogenesis and produce Drone (male) bee.But Drone bee has n chromosomes so it need to reproduce by fertilization. If fertilization happens zygote which has 2n chromosomes is produced. If we feed this bee with Loyal Jelly it turns into a Queen Bee.However if we don't feed it with with Loyal Jelly it turns into a Worker bee and it can reproduce because it is sterile.
